Season Greetings All!

As the holidays bear down on all of us, let's remember to be gentle to ourselves. Expectations of the "perfect" holiday can set us on a course for overload. Let's draw on simpler times when gathering around a table for dinner with our families and singing holiday songs made the heart fill with peace and concerns melt away.
